Cold water thawing: Liquid nitrogen quick-frozen crabs adopt cold water thawing method, that place the quick-frozen crab in a basin to thawing and the basin shall be in a warm place to thaw the crab quickly.
Salt water thawing: If it is too late to put the crab in the refrigerator, the crab can be thawed completely in salt water, salt water can accelerate the melting of ice, and will not breed bacteria.
Vinegar thawing: Dip your fork in some vinegar then stick it into the crab’s meat to speed up the thawing.
Microwave thawing: When thawing in a microwave, the lowest level must be used, and it must be gradually heated. At the beginning, it should be heated for about two minutes, and then the heating time is determined according to the degree of thawing of the meat until it is completely thawed.
